Muñoz Construction is based in Gales Creek, Oregon. Our background includes new-construction wood and metal framing for builders and developers. We have also built outdoor spaces and worked on homes for our own family and friends. Now we are bringing that experience to other homeowners.

Can you give me a price from a description or photos?
Those details help us understand your idea, but a useful price depends on the scope, existing conditions, materials and the site. Share a budget range if you have one so we can discuss whether the project and expectations align before more detailed estimating.
Do you handle projects beyond framing?
Yes. Our builder-facing work includes new-construction wood and metal framing, and we also discuss homeowner projects such as outdoor structures, additions, ADUs, remodels and custom homes. We review the specific scope before confirming what we can take on.
Who handles design and permits?
That depends on the project and the team already involved. Tell us whether you have drawings or a designer. We will discuss what needs to be checked and clarify responsibilities before work is agreed.
When could my project start?
Send your preferred timing, even if it is approximate. The answer depends on the work, any required design or approvals and the schedule when the scope is ready. We will talk through timing after reviewing the project.
How do I know whether you serve my address?
